The Cod FIllet is a small white meat fillet that is very delicate and needs to be handled gentle. It is similiar to Haddock and tears at the most gentle of handdling so at GT Fish we have to be very sensitive. The fillets are currently very expensieve and the price will decrease around April nexr year. This is due to the demand of Cod and them going out of season. Fortunatly our suppliers but tonnes at a time. Cod is the standard in England and you have most likely eaten cod with your fish and chips. Not cod like this though. This is very fresh and will shock you to your tastebuds with how mouthwatering these stunning fillets are.
