Whole Sea Bass
Sea Bass is particularly recommended for those who recoil at the overly fishy taste/smell of some other fish. With its mildly sweet flavor, high fat content and full, meaty consistency, it's easy to enjoy even for those averse to seafood.
Its a huge species of sea bass amd a very meaty texture. Large flakes of meat in the fish make it reminiscent to black cod or shark but now where near as much of an ammonia taste or sting to it. (stingy lips from ray\skate). It's more of a fishy, buttery fat taste which is unusual for a white fish.
Three ounces of cooked sea bass (about 85g) has 105 calories, 20.1g of protein, 2.2g of fat, and no carbohydrates, fiber, or sugar. Bass is a good source of B12.
